This is an at home test. They will send you a kit and you send it back. Click Here for more information.
3. SNHD.COM -- SEVERAL LOCATIONS
Follow the instructions on the website (CLICK HERE). Some testing locations require an appointment, others are walk-in.
If you use one of these locations: Arrive early, dress for the weather and bring water. There is usually a line.

The Union Family Health Center is taking calls at 702-437-0227 and they will triage you (ask a series of questions). From there they will inform you of the next steps.
DO NOT WALK INTO THE HEALTH CENTER BEFORE CALLING
If you are a Union Family Health Center participant and need medication refill please call one week in advance to the Center.
If you are with another provider call one week in advance for medication refills.
Some individuals are still required to work. For those working individuals, remember to follow social distancing measures.
Social distancing is a needed process to keep you and your family safe. You may not have active symptoms, but you could be a carrier.
Currently, as 11/19/2020 there are 125,459 cases in Nevada and continues to grow daily.
Several construction sites have sent employees home due to potential or actual exposure.

The Union Family Health Center has an afterhours nurse line at 877-239-9372. The nursing staff will triage and advise you of what to do.
Watch for symptoms listed below and use supportive care (Tylenol for fevers). If you have any of the “emergency warning signs” please seek immediate care (Urgent Care/ Emergency room).
