      St. Rose Facilities

Effective January 1, 2014 all St Rose Facilities will be non-contracted.

The following facilities will no longer be in network:

      - St. Rose Sienna Hospital

      - St. Rose San Martin Hospital

      - St. Rose De Lima Hospital

      - Durango Surgery Center

      - Parkway Surgery Center

Having care provided at one of these facilities after January 1, 2014, will mean much higher out-of-pocket costs to you.

Emergency Services - You should always go to the hospital emergency room that can provide the best possible care to you.  If your emergency is NOT life-threatening & you can safely be transported to a contracted facility, you will have significantly less out-of-pocket costs.
